FLOATING TELLER - Full Time

Position Summary:

  • Tellers are required to travel between branches. Tellers are to provide exceptionally friendly customer service in person and by phone. Tellers must have patience, helpful and self – motivated; also be efficient and accurate transaction processing. ­­­ Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with all information obtained.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Member transactions not limited to deposits, payments, withdrawals, transfers and opening new accounts
  • Balance cash and checks drawer daily
  • Answering the phone
  • Cross sell Credit Union products
  • Other assigned duties

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • Previous teller experience preferred but not required
  • Minimum 2 years cash handling experience preferred
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

RECORD CLERK - Part Time

Position Summary:

This position will assist with the management of all records, and ensuring effective retention of records and documents in accordance with NCUA policies.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that documents are properly maintained, archived, and stored in a secure area as necessary.
  • Maintains records for documents using a variety of storage media that includes storage logs, retrieval records, and destruction log.
  • Ensures continued compliance with standards and procedures regarding record retention.
  • Filing
  • Answering Phones
  • Other duties assigned

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
