Hurricane Ian Updates
Many members continue to face challenges in the aftermath of Hurricane Ian. We understand the hardships you’re facing and providing the support and financial assistance you need is our priority.
Temporary Branch Location
As most members in the Ft. Myers area know, our branch was damaged in the storm. Fortunately, VyStar Credit Union allowed us to use their mobile branch for several weeks. However, it’s unlikely our branch location will reopen within the next 6 months. So, we are moving to a temporary location on December 19, 2022.

MOVE IN DETAILS
As we prepare to move into the new location, our Ft. Myers office will be CLOSED on Thursday, December 15th and Friday, December 16th.
Our new branch will OPEN on December 19th.
BRANCH HOURS
MONDAY – FRIDAY: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
On USPS paydays, the branch will remain open until 6:00 pm

Financial Assistance
If you have been impacted financially as a result of the storm, we’re ready to help. We have programs in place, such as loan assistance, payment extensions, and hardship loans. Please contact us at 813.264.4969 or 800.782.4899.
We ask that you contact us BEFORE your loan due dates. The sooner you contact us, the more flexibility we have in the solutions we’re able to provide.
Digital Banking Solutions
If you have not already done so, please download our Free Mobile App. The app is available to download from the Google Play Store or Apple AppStore.
With our mobile app, you’re able to complete most routine banking transactions, including depositing checks. If you’re not enrolled in Mobile Deposit, please call us at 813.264.4969 or 800.782.4899 and select Option 7.
Members are also able to enroll in free online bill pay through online banking and pay bills within the mobile app.
